30, 2010 must submit a Standard Form (SF) 330
ARCHITECT-ENGINEER AND RELATED SERVICES
QUESTONNAIRE. The questionnaire can be found on
line. You may submit additional information (one copy
only) if you wish. The Port will compile a list of those
responding. All submissions should be made to:

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
COUNTY OF MASON
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
EQUIPMENT RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND
SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED by the County of
Mason at the office of the County Commissioners, located
in Courthouse Building 1,411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
WA 98584, until 9:00 AM, Wednesday, July 15, 2009,
and will then and there be publicly opened and read, for
furnishing Gasoline and Diesel Fuel for August 1, 2009
through July 31, 2010, to the Mason County Department
of Public Works, Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund.
Bids will be awarded at the next scheduled meeting of the
Board of Mason County Commissioners.
SPECIFICATIONS, INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS
AND BID FORMS may be obtained in the office of the
Department of Public Works, 100 W. Public Works Drive,
Shelton, WA 98584.
ALL BID PROPOSALS must be on forms furnished by
the Mason County Department of Public Works Equipment
Rental and Revolving Fund Manager, sealed and filed
with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners on
or before the day and hour above-mentioned..
MASON COUN'FY RESERVES THE RIGHT to reject
any or all bids, to waive informalities, and may accept any
bid and make such award that is judged to be in the best
interest of the County.
