THE BOARD OF MASON COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids, to waive informalities,
to purchase from State Contract, Inter-local
Government Agreements, and to award as in

The County of Mason maintains a Small
Works Roster for the completion of public
works projects estimated to cost $200,000.00
or less, pursuant to RCW 36.32.235,
36.32.250 and 36.77.075, and Chapter 39.04
RCW, and wlll accept **appllcotlone for

Typical work might involve, but I= not
limited to: minor asphalt paving, sidewalk
and other concrete construction, geotechni-
cai services/labs, explosive experts, bridge
repairs, steel fabrication, installation of pre-
fabrication structures, timber removal, water
and sewer facility repairs and construction,
pump station repairs and installation, water
service emergency repair, street cleaning,
heavy equipment operation and rental, street
lighting and traffic signal repairs, irrigation,
landscaping, fencing, carpenter work, brick-
, laying, electrical wiring, security systems,
heating and air conditioning, plumbing, tile
and carpet laying, tank removal/installation,
fuel facilities construction, automotive colli-
sion repair, towing, and automotive service.
Firms capable of providing these types of
construction services are invited to submit
statements. Minority and women-owned firms
are encouraged to submit statements.
These qualification and interest state-
ments will be reviewed and placed on file as
a source from which to select one or more
qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal
will be requested for any specific project. The
format of the statement of qualifications in-
cludes: Washington State Contractor License
Number; Washington State Tax Number; ref-
erences for work performed within the past
two (2) years; types of equipment available;
type of work desired; and a statement that the
contractor has no previous record of default
in the performance of, or failure to complete,
a written public contract or has not been con-
victed of a crime arising from a
