TAKE NOTICE: That Mason Co. Public
Utility Dist. 1 Filed an application for change
to consolidate an exempt water use with
existing water rights granted under Ground
Water Right Certificate No. 6829 which was
issued under the name of Canal Beach Tract
Mutual for 100 gpm from a well located within
Sec. 1 T. 22N., R. 4W.WM. for the purpose
of community domestic use.
The District would like to consolidate the
rights associated with the exempt private well
into their service area. The private well is lo-
cated within the SEl/4 SW1/4 Sec. 1 T. 22,
R. 4 W. W. M. for domestic purposes.
Protests or objections to approval of this
application must include a detailed statement
of the basis of objections and are subject to

ian, approximately 1.5 miles north of Shelton,
Mason County, Washington. The abandoned
cemetery is situated on Johns Prairie, a large
flat area of glacial outwash plain, about 200
feet above and 2000 feet east of Oakland
Bay, west of State Route 3. Access to the
cemetery is permitted via Capitol Hill Road
(formerly Pickering Road).

Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter
197-11-WAC) for the following project: Lo-
cation" 10891 US Highway 101, Located on
the Northeast corner of the intersection of the
Sanderson Field Airport Fairgrounds Road
and US Highway 101. Description: Construc-
tion of a water reclamation plant to produce
Class A reclaimed water. The plant will treat
wastewater generated from the Washington
State Department of Corrections Center,
the Washington State Patrol Academy, and
portions of the City of Shelton and its UGA.
The project has been sized to initially treat a
maximum flow of 400,000 gallons a day with
a peak flow of 800,000 gallons a day. The
plan consists of the construction of four sepa-
rate structures to house the plant facilities as
well as a looped road which would connect
the site to the Fairgrounds Road. Copies of
the MDNS are available at no charge from
the City of Shelton COmmunity Development

Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter
197-11-WAC) for the following project: Lo-
cation" 10891 US Highway 101, Located on
the Northeast corner of the intersection of the
Sanderson Field Airport Fairgrounds Road
and US Highway 101. Description: Construc-
tion of a water reclamation plant to produce
Class A reclaimed water. The plant will treat
wastewater generated from the Washington
State Department of Corrections Center,
the Washington State Patrol Academy, and
portions of the City of Shelton and its UGA.
The project has been sized to initially treat a
maximum flow of 400,000 gallons a day with
a peak flow of 800,000 gallons a day. The
plan consists of the construction of four sepa-
rate structures to house the plant facilities as
well as a looped road which would connect
the site to the Fairgrounds Road. Copies of

the City of Shelton COmmunity Development
