One advertisement to go down the street to have your new windshield installed- the other says to go up the street. The ONLY PLACE to have a NO LEAK WINDSHIELD INSTALLED -- is at -- & McNeil 3rd & Grove "Where your windshield is guaranteed not to leak." Granges plan event to be held in Kingdome By CARMEN YATES Last summer the Grange sponsored, for the first time, an extravaganza of sports, fun and frolic called "Farmers Day at the Kingdome." It was so successful that they are repeating the event and it looks as though it may become an annual event. The date has been set for August 12 and the competing baseball teams will be the same as last year's, the Seattle Mariners vs. the California Angels, in a doubleheader. Just as last year, Grangers are being offered the reduced ticket rate of $4.50 for a $5.50 box seat - a savings of $1. To get the reduced rate, however, tickets must be requested in advance. This may be done through the Senior Center in Shelton. The center is also providing a minibus(s) to anyone wishing to attend the game. The invitation is extended to anyone wishing to attend this special game, even if you aren't a Granger or senior citizen. The bus/buses will leave Shelton between 1 and 2 p.m., allowing plenty of time to drive up to Seattle and time to eat prior to starting time at 5:30 p.m. (Best part - the bus driver will be the only one to have to worry about parking!) / Call 426-5336 or write: Box 88d First Baptist Church 5th and Coto Downtown Shelton July 23, 1978 "It Is Worth A.M It All" "God's Way Of P,M. By Bobbye Lewis In choosing the pattern for your wall paper keep these things in mind. I. The period and style of your furniture. 2. The :olors you like. 3. What you want he paper to do for the room hide an ugly wall, lighten the room, lower the ceiling, etc.). 4. The colors already in your room (bring color swatches when- ever you can). 5. A light color will seem lighter on the wall and bright colors will seem even brighter. 6. Cost of papers will vary greatly. It is never wise to buy a cheap paper, but how much you spend will depend on what you con afford as well as where you will use the paper. WALLPAPER Over 100 patterns to choose.
