The 28th Annual Grapeview Water & Art Festival, presented by the Grapeview Community Association (GCA), will be held Saturday, July 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. at the picturesque Fair Harbor Marina and Port of Grapeview, located on the Grapeview Loop Road off Route 3 between Belfair and Shelton, WA.
