About $500,000 of the money will go to- ward the purchase of land for the Belfair Wastewater Reclamation Plant outside of the Belfair Urban Growth Area. Another $2 million would be used to cover $2 million in grant money that will not be distributed to the county until after the plant is officially $7 mi It uslness commissioned. • The rest of the money, about $4.5 million, will be used to help finance connection costs for future customers of the Belfair Sewer. "About 40 people have already showed in- terest," utilities director Emmett Dobey said. The bond sale is scheduled for August 9, but can be postponed depending on market conditions.
