Per RCW 79.100, the WA State Parks and Recreation Commis- sion (StParks) intends to take custody of the derelict / abandoned vessel “APO- COLYPSE", on August 10th, 2020. The vessel is abandoned and being declared derelict on a buooncated at the North end of Hope Island State Park, Thurston Coun- ty. After taking custody, StParks may use or dispose of it without further notice. The owner is responsible for all related costs. To retain custody of the vessel, before the Custody Date, the owner must: Move it to an anchorage area or moorage facility that authorizes the vessel. To redeem the vessel once StParks has taken custody, the‘owner must file a written request (one original and one copy) for a hearing with the Pollution Control Hearings Board, in person at 1111 Israel.
