Southside slates
start of school
Southside School will begin
September 4 at 8:30 a.m. with
the bus running the regular routes
in the morning. Classes the first
day will be held until 1 p.m. so
students will need lunches. Milk
will be available. The bus will take
students home on the vacation
schedule September 4 with the
first bus leaving the school on the
Binns-Swiger Loop - East Arcadia
run at 1 p.m. The Walker Park-
Dickinson Street run will leave at
!:30 p.m. and the West Arcadia -
Millcreek - Cole Road run will
leave about 1:45 p.m

60 percent completed, according
to Bruce Jaros, assistant
superintendent. Some buildings
will be completed by Christmas,
however, the total project will not
be completed until spring. It is
anticipated that the new facility
will not open until the fall of
1974.
