He was also vice presi- dent of Microband Corporation of America, a broadcasting com- pany, and was associate general counsel with The National Cable & Television Association and an attorney with the Federal Com- munications Commission. He and his wife Bonnie have been married for 28 years. Finn has three children and one grand- child. The Finns are members of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Olympia. Quality of life, from a business perspective, is important, he said, adding that landscaping, lighting and signage is important. "You have great bones," he told the commissioners of the airport, adding the basics are there. He owned and operated Herbenco Video in Shelton for 15 years, and in 1990 he bought and restructured Black Star Custom Screen Printing, which Cathy and Justin manage today. He also has built several homes under the name Black Star Developers. He is a Realtor with the Richard Beck- man Realty Group in Shelton.
