At about 10:15 a.m. April 24, Ma-
son County Sheriffs Office personnel
were called to the area of.West Little
Egypt Road near Matlock after a sto-
len 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche was
located in the area. When a deputy
found the vehicle, which authori-
ties later discovered was driven by
Kingsland, and attempted to initiate
a traffic stop, Kingsland drove away
eastbound West Shelton Matlock Road
at speeds reaching 100 mph, according
to the Sheriffs Office probable cause
declaration.
The chase continued through West
Deegan Road West before Kingsland at-
tempted to ram a pursuing deputy with
the Chevy and struck a parked vehicle.
As additionM law enforcement units
from the Shelton Police Department
joined the pursuit, Kingsland drove
eastbound on West Railroad Avenue,
then through the construction zone on
Northcliff Road, and northbound on
East McReavy Road to state Route 106.
At about Milepost 3 on state Route
106, a Shelton officer successfully
performed Pursuit Intervention Tech-
nique maneuver, and Kingsland lost
control of the Chevy, where it rolled
and landed in the ditch.
Kingsland wasn't jailed or officially
charged until his May 28 arraignment
hearing to receive treatment for an in-
fected jaw that predated the car chase.
While at Mason General
in Shelton, police questioned him
about a riding mower stolen April
22 from Tozier Brothers Hardware
in Shelten. When told he was identi-
fied on security camera footage driv-
ing the riding mower from the store,
Kingsland reportedly told officers the
location of the stolen property, which
was recovered, returned and valued
at $6,099, according to the probable
cause declaration.

soon arrested without incident.
Judge Amber Finlayfound prob-
able cause Monday in Mason County
Superior Court to charge Jessie Ann
Stymacks with first-degree burglary
stemming from her Sunday morning
arrest in Shelton.
Noting the 27-year-old Stymacks'
limited criminal history, Judge Am-
ber Finlay ordered her released on
a promise to appear at a Sept. 9 ar-
raignment hearing, where Stymacks
is expected to be formally charged.
According to a Shelton Police
Department declaration of probable
cause, officers were called about 8:15
a.m. Sunday to an Olympic Highway
North address, where the reporting
party stated Stymacks entered with-
out permission through an unlocked
sliding-glass door when the alleged
victim was out. Stymacks allegedly
punched the reporting party in the
face before being forced out the door.
According to the
probable cause
affidavit, three
children between
the ages of 2 and
7 were in the resi-
dence at the time
of the alleged inci-
dent.
Stymacks ther states police
arrested Stymacks
at her Southeast
Harrier Road residence after she
"refused to come out of the home for
an'extended periodof time, but came
out after talking to a family mem-
ber."
During her court appearance,
which she attended via video confer-
ence from Mason County Jail, Sty-
macks, through public defense attor-
ney. Ron Sergi, denied entering the
Olympic Highway North residence or
striking the alleged victim.
