THOSE WHO PARTICIPATED in the dedication of Wynoochee Dam
Sunday afternoon stand as Cindy Moyer, at microphone, sings the National
Anthem. The dam is in the background. The program featured tours of the
dam and the dedication program at which Congresswoman Julia Butler
Hansen was the featured speaker. Also making brief remarks were
representatives of the City of Aberdeen, Simpson Timber Company, U.S.
Forest Service, State of Washington, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and
Dravo Corporation, the contractor for the project.
