$2,741.75 is owing in taxes, interest and
fees for Parcel 12332—50—00034. Payment
of 2021 general taxes were not made pur—
suant to terms of the Deed of Trust by the
applicable due dates. Currently, $1,521.29
is owing in taxes, interest and fees for Par-
cel 12332—51-00924, and $1,948.34 is ow-
ing in taxes, interest and fees for Parcel
12332-50—00034. Payment of 2022 gener-
al taxes were not made pursuant to terms
of the Deed of Trust by the applicable due
dates. Currently, $1,040.06 is owing in
taxes, interest and fees for Parcel 12332-
51—00924, and $894.34 is owing in taxes,
interest and fees for Parcel 12332—50—
00034. Payment of 2023 general taxes
were not made pursuant to terms of the
Deed of Trust by the applicable due dates.
Currently, $931.41 is owing in taxes, inter—
est and fees for Parcel 12332-51—00924,
and $733.68 is owing in taxes, interest and
fees for Parcel 12332—50-00034. Payment
of sewer assessments due for Parcel
12332-51-00924 were not made pursuant
to terms of the Deed of Trust by the appli—
cable due dates. Currently, $5,377.00 is
owing ($2,600.00 for Account No. 400267,
plus $2,777.21 for Account No. L4-267. IV.
The sum owing on the obligation secured
by the Deed of Trust is: Principal
$342,795.73, together with interest as pro—
vided in the Note or other instrument se—
cured from the 1st day of September,
2021, and such other costs and fees as
are due under the Note or other instrument
secured, and as are provided by statute. V.
The above-described real property will be
sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the
obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as
provided by statute. The sale will be made
without warranty, express or implied, re—
garding title, possession, or encumbranc-
es on September 15, 2023. The default(s)
referred to in paragraph llI must be cured
by September 4, 2023 (11 days before the
sale date), to cause a discontinuance of
the sale. The sale will be discontinued and
terminated if at any time on or before Sep—
tember 4, 2023 (11 days before the sale

INVITATION TO BID Ground Preparation,
Pad and Playground Equipment Installa—
tion at Mason County Sandhill Park Belfair,
Washington Sealed bids will be received
by Mason County until 4:00 pm Thursday,
September 28, 2023 at the office of the Ma—
son County Commissioners,411 North 5th
Street, Shelton, WA 98584 for the Ground
Preparation, Pad and Playground Equip-
ment Installation at Mason County Sand-
hill Park. Sandhill Park is located at 1000
NE Sandhill Road, Belfair, WA 98528. Bids
must be in a sealed, properly addressed
envelope with the name of the Bidder and
“Sandhill Park Playground Equipment Bid”
plainly written on the outside of the enve—
lope, delivered prior to the scheduled time
and date stated in the Invitation to Bid.
County offices are not open for special mail
or other delivery on weekends and County
holidays. Bids shall be addressed to Ma-
son County Parks Trails Department, 411
North 5th Street, Shelton, WA 98584. Bids
will be publicly opened in the Commission
Chambers and read aloud following bid
closing. Bid Deposit: Bidders must submit
a bid deposit equal to 5 percent of the bid

Wage requirements, RCW 39.12, and to

cable for this public works project, which
is located in Mason County, may be found
