Peninsula Regional Transportation
Planning Organization Notice of Public
Comment Regional Transpor—
tation Improvement Program Notice is
Hereby Given The Regional Transportation
Improvement Program (RTIP) is prepared
yearly by the Peninsula Regional Trans—
portation Planning Organization (PRTPO)
in cdoperation with local jurisdictions
and the Washington State Department of
Transportation (WSDOT). The RTIP cov—
ers a 6—year timespan and identifies a list
of transportation projects. Those federally
funded projects within the first four years
of the RTIP with secured funding will be
forwarded to the state for inclusion in the
WSDOT’s Statewide Transportation Im—
provement Program (STIP). Funding for
awarded federally funded projects is not
available to jurisdictions until the project is
included in the STIP. The PRTPO invites
public comment on the proposed
Regional Transportation Improve—
ment Program (RTIP) of state—sponsored,

INGTON DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING, is
an agency of the State of Washington. II.
CAUSE OF ACTION In Plaintiff
and her husband purchased a Red—
mond Discovery RE mobile home, VIN
located on leased property
at N. Olympic Way, Hoodsport, Mason
County, Washington from Margaret Mary
Reynolds, believed now deceased. A title
elimination was never done, according to
the real property records of the Mason
County Auditor. Seller did not give Plaintiff
a title to the mobile home at the time of
purchase. III. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This Court has jurisdiction, and venue is
properly laid with this Court because this
action involves quieting title to a mobile
home located in Pierce County, Washing-
ton. IV. PRAYER WHEREFORE, Plaintiff,
having asserted claims for relief now prays
for judgment against Defendants as fol—
lows: 4.1 Quiet Title.’ That Plaintiff’s title
to the aforementioned mobile home be
established and quieted in her against the
claim of the Defendants pursuant to RCW
Barring Defendants’ Claim.
That the Defendants be forever barred
from having or asserting any right, title,
estate, lien or interest in or to the mobile
home hereindescribed adverse to Plaintiff;
