Closure Dates)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to change the
closure dates on the Belfair-Tahuya Road, as
set forth in Resolution No. 95-99.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
that the Board of County Commissioners has
declared the above described road closure a
public necessity to facilitate the replacement of
an existing culvert with an aluminum structural
plate pipe arch in Little T•huya Creek at mile-
post 8.61 of the Belfalr-Tahuy• Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursu-
ant to RCW 47.48.010, Belfair-T•huya Road
shall be closed to all through traffic from 6:00
am, Monday, September 27, 1999, to 8:00 am,
Monday, October 4, 1999, and the County En-
gineer is hereby ordered and authorized to
proceed as prescribed by law.
