under Mason County Auditor's
file No. 229721, records of the
Auditor of Mason County,
Washington, from Victor R.
Hadley and Marjorie E. Hadley,
husband and wife, as grantors, to
National Bank of Washington, as
trustee, to secure an obligation in
favor of Firstbank Mortgage
Corporation as beneficiary.
That Federal National
Mortgage Association became the
assignee of the original
beneficiary by assignment
recorded November 1, 1967, at
reel 41, frame 672, Mason County
Auditor's file No. 230282. The
interest of Federal National
Mortgage Association thereafter
became vested in and was
acquired by Government National
Mortgage Association pursuant to
the provisions of Public Law
90-448, the Housing and Urban
Development Act of 1968, notice
of which was published Ln the
Federal Register at 33 F.R.
11035. Said trustee has resigned
and the undersigned has been
appointed as Successor Trustee.
No action is now pending to
seek satisfaction of the obligation
in any Superior Court by reason
of the grantors' default on the
obligations or covenants secured
by said deed of trust, which
default is described as follows:
Failure to pay when due the

arrears. Monthly installnlent, of ....
principal, interest and deposit for
reserves etc. in the amount of
$115.00 peer month commencing
on the 1st day of November,
1968, together with late charges
of $2.30 per month thereon.
Total arrears is $936.10 as of the

The sum now owing on the
obligation secured by the deed of
trust is $14,633.07 plus accrued
interest to June 2, 1969, in the
sum of $529.43 and such other
costs and fees as are provided by
statute.
The above described real
property will be sold to satisfy
the expense of sale, and the
obligation secured by said deed of
trust as provided by statute. Said
sale will be made without
warranty, express or implied,
regarding title, possession or
encumbrances. The default must
be cured before 10:00 A.M.,
October 6, 1969, by the grantors,
Victor R. Hadley and Marjorie E.
Hadley, husband and wife, their
successor in interest, any
beneficiary under a subordinate
deed of trust or any person having
a subordinate lien or
encumbrance of record on the
