lan MCMANUS is required to register as a sex offender for a
conviction on 09/02/2003 of Rape of a Child 3~ Degree, Wasco
County Oregon Circuit Court cause # 1)3-00120-CR. This
conviction stems from MCMANUS at age 22, pleading guilty to
raping a 15 year old girl when she was unconscious due to a
medication that she was taking.
Since MCMANUS has absconded from his registered address
within the 500 to 600 block of NE Haven Lake Drive. Tahuya, WA
and has lhiled to notify Law Entbrcement of his whereabouts, lie is
considered a HIGH RISK.
If anyone knows the whereabouts of Ian MCMANUS; do not
