Rozor clam season opens Washington's ocean beaches reopened to the 24-hour-a-day digging of ~azor clams for personal use on Wednesday, October 1. Clam diggers arc reminded that the daily bag limit for razors is the first 15 clams dug, ~c~mdless of size or condition. No dams may be returned to the beach, arid each person must dig his own limit. "More than 5,600 checks have been returned to the 1RS by the U.S. Postal Service usually because the taxpayer has _Z moved and Ict~ no torwarding address," said IRS District Director Michael Sassi. Sassi urged all taxpayers who have not yet received o ~hcir refund to contact the nearest IRS office as soon as possible. • New rules for snowmobiles Snowmobile owners throughout the state have been reminded by the Department of Motor Vehicles that their registrations have expired and of new requirements under recent legislation.
