Wednesday, September 26
At 11:11 a.m. a caller said three
homeless men were "bothering
customers" in the parking lot of
the Red Apple Market in the 700
block of Cascade Avenue.
A vehicle prowl in the 100 block
of West Cota Street was reported.
The city's animal control officer
received a report of possible ani-
mal neglect at a residence in the
600 block of Arcadia Avenue.
