Keith Gibson has been
productive meeting as a large
group tumed out. A telephone
committee tried to contact 'all
voters before the meeting. A
report of the status to date was
given by the commissioners and
then the open discussion was
allowed for one hour and twenty
three minutes. There were many
good suggestions and generous
offers of volunteers labor. These
ranged through the many facets
of building construction,
locations, equipment needs and
costs.
The assessed value of the fire
district has increased more than
one million dollars since funned.
It now stands in excess of
$12,400,000 for 1978. District
