WHEREAS Resolution No.
359 was passed on the 26th day
of September, 1978 by the City
Commission of the City of
Shelton whereby proceedings
were initiated for the vacation of
the following alley in the City of
Shelton, Mason County,

WHEREAS said resolution
set a hearing thereon for the
26th day of September, 1978 at
