has been issued in the above captioned
case, directed to the Sheriff of Mason

WHEREAS, on the above-entitled court,
Plaintiff, secured a judgment and decree
of foreclosure (“Judgment”) against De-
fendant ROBERT E. SMITH, Administrator
of the Estate‘of Marilyn J. Skinner in the
amount of $233,733.76, together with inter-
est at the rate of 1.42% per annum, $7.48
per, diem from July 15, 2020, the day after
interest good through on the Judgment,
to August 21, 2020, the date of Judgment
entry, in the amount of $276.76; WHERE-
AS, post-judgment interest is accruing on
$234,010.52 from August 22, 2020 until the
date of sale at 12% per annum, $76.93 per
