INVITATIONS TO SUBMIT STATEMENT
OF QUALIFICATIONS ON-CALL QUALI-
FIED POOL LIST The City of Shelton
hereby solicits Statements of Qualification
for the On—Call Qualified Pool List. SCOPE
OF WORK: Consultant shall provide pro-
fessional architectural or engineering
services to the City of Shelton on an as
needed, on-call basis. The general scope
of services needed by the City of Shelton
typically fall ‘into the following categories:
water and wastewater treatment; Stormwa-
ter and wastewater systems and convey—
ance; water system conveyance, pumping
and storage; geotechnical and geological;
environmental studies and design; ma-
terials testing; landscape architecture;
survey and mapping; street and roadway
engineering; traffic engineering; architec-
tural engineering and design; and system

der the Washington State Department of
Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NP-
DES and State Waste Discharge General
Permit. The proposed project, HBU 19,
is located north of the intersection of Ti-
ger Lake Road and Bear Creek Road in
Mason County. This: project involves 1.96
acres of soil disturbance for road, resi-
dential, and utility construction activities.
The receiving waterbodies are Tiger Lake
and Mission Creek. Any persons desiring
to present their views to the Washington
State Department of Ecology regarding
this Application, or interested in Ecology’s
action on this Application, may notify Ecol-
ogy in writing no later than 30 days of the

ogy reviews public comments and consid-

to receive comments on the proposed
Budget. Those hearings will be held
on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at

There will be no proration of taxes, rents
or other income or liabilities, except that

making their bids, all bidders except the

$16,543.55 [10% of the Secretary’s bid] in

Each oral bid need not be accompanied by

bidder, he need not pay the bid amount
in cash. The successful bidder will pay
all'conveyancing fees, all real estate and
other taxes that are due on or after the de-

all other costs associated with the transfer

deposits of the unsuccessful bidders will

. grant an extension of time within which to
