HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Mason
County Commissioners will hold two public
hearings In the Commissioners Chambers
of Mason County Courthouse Building
l, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Wash-
ington 98584, on Tuesday, November 3,
at 9:15 am. SAID HEARINGS will
be to consider adopting: 1) Mason Coun-
ty’s 2021 Annual Construction Program.
2) Mason County’s Six Year Transporta-
tion Improvement Program for years 2021
to 2026. Pursuant to Proclamation by the
Governor 20-28.9, in-person attendance
to Commission meetings is temporarily re—
stricted and during this time we will accept
public testimony using Zoom. The URL is

TICE IS_ HEREBY GIVEN that a‘public
meeting before the Mason County Hear-
ings Examiner will be held on—line on
Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
SAID PUBLIC REVIEW will be to consider
the application of Overton and Associates
to create a 145—lot residential subdivision
in Belfair, Washington. The name of this
subdivision is Olympic Ridge. This public
hearing is being held in accordance with
section 16.16.060 of the Mason County
Subdivision Ordinance and will be an op-
portunity for the Hearing Examiner to re-
view the proposed plat and for the public to
comment. At a later date this subdivision
will be presented to the Mason County
Board of County Commissioners in a public
hearing for final plat approval. The 50-acre
