Based on the evaluation of each proposal, the County will enter into negotiations with a preferred Contractor. Selection Process .and schedule: The cost and the schedule availability are important considerations in the process of selecting a Contractor, but not the only considerations. Other fac- tors include: responsiveness to the RFP qualifications, compatibility with existing facilities, outline of intended data report- ing procedures for boxes collected, iden— tification and understanding of the Coun- ty’s requirements as embodied within this RFP,-and relevant experience of your firm in performing similar work. The Contrac— tor shall provide all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to successfully carry out the requirements of these services as outlined in the RFP. Washington State Pre- vailing wages are not required to be paid for this service. All other state laws, rules and regulations are required to be met.
