rict Headquarters, located at Sheiton
County of Mason, State of Washington,

sale is composed of all timber within

ship 23 North Range 3 West, W.M.,
colitainiug 115 acres. Inore or less, COOl-
prising approximately 245.000 bd. ft. of
Douglas fir; 15,000 bd. ft. of hemlock;
and 10,000 bd. ft. of white pine. or a
total of 270,000 bd. ft.
Minimum acceptable bid: $5,047.50.
Timber will be sold on a cash or in-
stallnlent plan basis. Timber must be
removed prior to December 31, 1964.
On or before November 26. 1963, at
10:00 a.m., each bidder must make a
minimunl deposit of $504.75 plus
$5.00 bill of sale fee, or a total o
509.75 in 1he form of cash. inoney or-
der or certified check. Said deposit
shall constitute an opening bid a the
appraised price. Upon award of this
sale. the respective deposits shall be
