NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City
Commission of the City of Shelton, Washing-
ton, will hold a public hearing at the Shelton
Civic Center (525 West Cota Street) on Mon-
day, November 5, 2007, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to
ieview community development and hous-
ing needs, inform citizens of the availability of
funds and eligible uses of the state Commu-
nity Development Block Grant (CDBG), and
receive comments on proposed activities,
particularly from low to moderate-income
persons and persons residing in the City of
Shelton area.
Up to $1,000,000 may be available to
the City of Shelton on a statewide competi-
tive basis to fund public facilities, housing,
economic development, or community facility
projects that principally benefit low to moder-
ate-income persons• One proposed project
under consideration is, and an application
will be submitted for, the Shelton Wastewa-
ter Treatment Plant Improvement Project
to serve the City of Shelton. Questions re-

Commission of the City of Shelton, Washing-
ton, will hold a public hearing at the Shelton
Civic Center (525 West Cota Street) on Mon-
day, November 5, 2007, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to
ieview community development and hous-
ing needs, inform citizens of the availability of
funds and eligible uses of the state Commu-
nity Development Block Grant (CDBG), and
receive comments on proposed activities,
particularly from low to moderate-income
persons and persons residing in the City of
Shelton area.
Up to $1,000,000 may be available to
the City of Shelton on a statewide competi-
tive basis to fund public facilities, housing,
economic development, or community facility
projects that principally benefit low to moder-
ate-income persons• One proposed project
under consideration is, and an application
will be submitted for, the Shelton Wastewa-
ter Treatment Plant Improvement Project
to serve the City of Shelton. Questions re-
