I received a CERT report from Island Eyes -- boy they do a great job keeping us informed. With winter storms on the way, this is good information from Nick Neuerburg of Mason 5 Fire District. Nick suggests that if the worst does happen and the power is out for several days or weeks, we need to be prepared with food supplies and water for at least 3 days, with the op- timum being 30 days. Also, we need to be prepared to provide medical assistance to ourselves or a neighbor for at least 3 days. If you feel you need help with this, look for the next CERT meeting at the community hall and they can provide you with that valuable infor- mation. AUTOMOTIVE 2033 Ol plc.ighw y No.h.
