al The project is to rehabilitate the Shado-
wood water 'system that Mason County
PUD 1 took ownership of in 2018. The
‘ rehabilitation includes: Installation of man-
ganese removal treatment system rated at
approximately 75 gpm located near Well
#1' AHB63'1. Costs to include: filter treat— -
ment units, chemical feed system, site
preparation,- treatment building, piping,

controls, telemetry, electrical, backwash
wash and residuals handling facilities, con-
nection to existing system, and other ap-
purtenances. Installation ,of booster pump
station rate at approximately 75 gpm locat-
ed near Well #1 AH8631. Costs to include
site preparation, new pumps, controls,
electrical, telemetry, building, piping, and
backup power generator. Construction of
up to a 75,000 gallon reservoir near Well
#1 AHBs31. Construction costs to include
site preparation, reservoir materials, res—
ervoir installation, controls, telemetry, on—
site piping, fencing, security, demolition
of existing reservoir, and connection to
distribution system. Road repairs and im—
provements to allow construction access
to facilities and repair of damages incurred
during construction. Costs to include grad-
ing, base material, rock, and other materi-
als to restore the access road. The deter-
mination of this non—significance is based
on replacing already existing facilities, and
not performing any activities that threaten

for this proposal, has determined that this
proposal will not have a probable signifi-

(c). This decision was made after review
of a completed environmental checklist
and other information on file with the lead
agency. This information is available to
the public on request. This Determination

of one hundred and thirty-two poles. The
poles being replaced are either undersized,
underclassed or too old. Poles will be re—

of way with Washington Department of
