No action commenced by the Benefi- ciaries of the Deed of Trust is now pending to c seek satisfaction of the obligation in any oeurt by reason of default of the Borrower or Grantor on the Deed of Trust on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. The defaults for which this foreclosure are made are as follows: failure to pay when due the following amounts, which are now in arrears: unpaid arrearages from prior bankruptcy, $6,445.62, principal payment due 1/10/19, $38,926.18, interest to 8/15/19, $12,626.25, late fees $750.00, property tax reimbursements, $3,269.95, total $62,018.00.
