TON 2020 Non-represented Salary Schedule
The City Council shall hold a public hearing on
Tuesday, December 3, 2019 to hear testimony
regarding the proposed 2020 Salary Schedule
for non-represented City employees. The City of
Shelton strives to establish a compensation sys-
tem that will allow the City to effectively compete
for and retain qualified personnel. The hearing
will commence at approximately 6:00 pm. at
the Shelton Civic Center at 525 W Cota Street.

TION 170-85 AND REPLACING ORDINANCE
35-15 CHANGING THE SPEED LIMIT ON
SAND HILL ROAD IN MASON COUNTY
WHEREAS, Mason County 'Code No. 10.52.325
and RCW 46.61.440 designates that a County
may create a school or playground speed zones
in which it is 'unlawful to operate a vehicle at a
speed in excess of twenty miles per hour; and,
WHEREAS, the Revised Code of Washington
RCW 46.61.415 permits local authorities to es-
tablish or alter maximum legal speed limits pur-
suant to RCW146.61.400 on County road within
their jurisdiction based on engineering and traf-
fic Investigation; and WHEREAS, Mason County
previously established the speed limits for the ~
school zone on Sand Hill Road on July 14, 2015

under Ordinance 3515 and an alternate speed
limit for the rest of Sand Hill Road on December
31, 1985 under Resolution 170—85, along with
another county road. WHEREAS, the Mason
County Public Works Department has conduct»
ed an engineering and traffic investigation on

missioners held a public hearing and received
public testimony regarding the speed limit zones
on Sand Hill R0ad.WHEREAS, the County Engi-
neer has reviewed the engineering traffic inves—
