Cha ear state Lloyd Patterson, director of corrections for the Department of Social and Health Services, will be the speaker for the December membership meeting of the Sheiton Chamber of Commerce tonight. The meeting starts with a 7 p.m. dinner at Heinie's Broiler with the program at 8 p.m. Patterson will discuss the overall program in the state's correctional institutions. Three members will be elected to the Board of Directors at the mee ring also. The nominating committee submitted the names of Charlie Hall, Del Deide and Guy Lusignan at ~he November meeting.
