When taking lashes out of the case, applying, removing and cleaning them, handle them only by the strip to which the lashes are tied. Trim a full-width lash to fit the width of the eyelid. Place it at the point where natural lash hairs start, not closer to the nose, and trim the excess from the outer end of the lash strip. If lashes are fitted too close to the nose, they will feel uncomfortable and pop up at the corners. Apply lash glue sparingly, using the applicator in the package or the side of a pin. Never squeeze direct from tube to lash; if lashes become saturated with glue, they will be difficult to clean. More next week on false lashes.
