IN CEREMONIES recently honoring Department of Fisheries
employees, salmon culturist Rudy Schwab (center) received
an award in recognition of 30 years' service to Washington
State. Fisheries Director Don Moos (left) presented the award
to Schwab, manager of the Department's Hood Canal Salmon
Hatchery at Hoodsport. Schwab was joined for the ceremony
by his wife, Betty. The Schwabs live in Hoodsport.
