according to the demand of the
Complaint, which has been filed
with the Clerk of said Court.
The object of this action is
the recovery of money owed by
the defendant to the plaintiff
under a loan agreement entered
into by the parties on August
16, 1977. Since that time, the
defendant has become delinquent
in the repayment of that loan
and remains liable for the
amount now owing, which totals
Seven Hundred Eighty Five and
70/100 Dollars ($785.70), plus
interest computed through May
16, 1978 at the rate of twelve
percent (12%) per annum, in the
amount of Sixty Two and
57/100 ($62.57), plus plaintiff's
costs nerein and reasonable
attorney's fees.
