scored 16 to make it 36-35 at the
close of the quarter.
The Climbers got the points
when they needed them in the
fourth quarter, as they scored
more than they had in any other
period. Cole and Martin made
seven points apiece, Mike Bac had
three and Neal White one. Shelton
outscored the visitors 18-14 to
win the game by five.
The game was the Climbers'
best defensive effort pointwise of
the season. It was the first time
they had held their opponents to
under 50 points and it followed a
game where they gave up 80
points to Centralia.
Un
In City
Shelton's City League no
longer has an undefeated team
and this week the Correction
Center took the top spot with a
3-1 record.

Gregg, Wayne Clary and Bill
Bingham were those men. Tom
Coleman added eight, Jim Willis

game was closely contested until
the final quarter when a
combination of accurate shooting
by Andrews and Clary and
frequent turnovers gave the game
to Gott. It was 29-28 in Gott's
favor at the half, and the lead was
increased to 48-41 by the end of
the third quarter.
For the losers, Don Jorg had

and Don Shellgeren 5.
WCC's strong man to man
defense gave them their second
victory of the season. They led by
only 11 at the half by went on to

Jess downed Gott Oil 70-63 for
